Post Details:-
1. Assistant Teacher (Lower Primary)
No. of Vacancy :- 1143 (SC: 03, STP: 433, STH: 646 & PWD : 61)
2. Assistant Teacher (Upper Primary) Social Science
No. of vacancy :- 135 (STP; 20, STH: 98, OBC/MOBC: 11 & PwD : 06)
Scanned Documents required to be uploaded in color:-
i. Passport Size Photograph.
ii. HSLC Admit Card/ HSLC Pass Certificate.
iii. HSSLC Marksheet and Certificate.
iv. Degree Marksheet and Certificate.
v. Any other marksheet and certificate of higher education.
vi. D.El.Ed./B.Ed. Marksheet (1st year & 2nd year) and Certificate.
vii. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC).
viii. Certificate NCC (Only B or C Category), Sports & Cultural (if represented
State at National Level as per Advertisement dated, 24/09/2020),
ix. Certificate and Marksheet of CTET.
x. Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose valid certificates of
benchmark disabilities issued by competent authority.
xi. Certificate of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) issued by appropriate
authority.
xii. Scanned Signature.
Criteria:
1) The Online Application and documents submitted by the candidate will be verified
by back-office verification with the competent board/council/authority. But the
authority if desires may conduct physical document verification at any point of
time with proper notice.
2) The candidate must ensure genuineness of all the information/documents
uploaded against the online application and he/she will be solely responsible for
the information/ documents uploaded against his/her online application. Once
uploaded, there will be no scope of correction in respect of the credentials
submitted by the candidates. Any discrepancy/ misrepresentation of facts/
information will lead to cancellation of the candidature.
3) The candidature will be cancelled forthwith, if any kind of fraudulence/
discrepancy/ misrepresentation of facts uploaded by the candidate comes to the
notice of the appropriate authority at any point of time. Such candidates will be
barred from taking part in any Govt. recruitment process in future and subsequent
legal action will also be initiated against such candidates. The candidates should
be cautious while submitting the online application as once the online application
is submitted against a particular Roll Number of CTET examination, they will not
be allowed to submit the online application for second time.
4) D.El.Ed. with NC (Not Clear) status will not be eligible to apply.
5) After submitting the online application, the candidates will get a Unique Number
against the submitted application and will keep the printout of the Unique Number
for all future reference.
6) Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to cancellation of candidature.
7) The office will not be responsible for any lapse in submission of online application
due to any technical problem at the end of the candidate.
8) The eligibility criteria and other criteria specified in the Advertisement dated,
24/09/2020 will be applicable except the criteria of Assam TET and all other
eligibility criteria must have been obtained on or before the last date of
submission of online application as per the said advertisement dated,
24/09/2020.
