Roles and
Responsibilities:-
• Research, identify and prospect for new customers, including
collecting information related to the prospect, prospect’s company and
industry, and compelling events to make effective and meaningful conversations
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from establishing a
customer contact till signing a deal
• Find new sales opportunities and turn them into long
term partnerships
• Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and
networking
• Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and
services to prospective buyers
• Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships
with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer
experience
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the
customers’ dedication
• Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
• 4-8 years of overall experience in Sales, Sales Development,
or Inside Sales in the North American market (USA, Canada)
• Relevant Account Executive experience in B2B technology,
SaaS industry will be preferred
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating
principles
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability
to build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to articulate value propositions of the
product to prospective clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience of working in a fast growth environment is
preferred
• Proficient with sales technology tools including CRM
(Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred), sales engagement platforms
and Microsoft Office
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of
the organisation including sales, marketing, product, and engineering
• Start-up experience preferred
